About Us
Barbara Tosti, Operations Manager
Barbara Tosti RDH, BS is a University of Vermont graduate. She began her career in Vermont with a periodontist and honed her hygiene skills as well as assisting skills. Barbara spent three years practicing in a dental office in Lugano, Switzerland. It was a wonderful experience professionally and she was able to see most of Europe, Greece, and Israel.
Returning to her native Massachusetts, she continued working as a hygienist in a practice focusing on TMJ and myofunctional therapy. She began working at the front office in her next position and found that rewarding as well. She is well versed in all aspects of insurance as well as dental treatment planning and you may occasionally see her filling in for the clinical staff as well.
She enjoys her large Italian family and her 12 nieces and nephews, mentors high school students in her town, loves to garden and volunteers for the local hospice agency and also at her church.

Meet Our Hygiene Team
Susan is our Natick native and resident. Susan and her husband have 2 daughters. She is a graduate of the Forsyth Dental Hygiene program. Sue has 18 years experience. Her specialty is working with children and teens with a strong focus on preventative care.
Mary has been providing dental care to patients for over 30 years in the Metrowest area. She is a graduate of Bristol Community College and resides with her husband and 2 children in Marlboro. One of Mary's many strengths is her excellence in providing needle free periodontal maintenance to her patients.
Alicia is the newest addition to our hygiene team. After graduating from Bridgewater State she started her career in dental offices with her main focus being placed on managerial aspect of the dental office. Alicia found herself becoming more interested in the clinical aspect, and decided to further her education at Bristol Community College where she has since received her Dental Hygiene degree. Alicia currently resides with her husband in Middleboro.
