About Us
Metrowest Family Dental provides care to patients of all ages living and working in Boston’s Metrowest area. We offer a full spectrum of services, including comprehensive family dental care, cosmetic dentistry and esthetic dentistry, and implant dentistry.
Our Natick dental office was specially designed for state-of-the-art treatment and patient comfort. The history of our practice goes back more than 30 years, and we’re pleased to say that many of the original patients – and their children and grandchildren – are among the patients we care for today.
Our practice is led by a team of five highly experienced and welcoming general dentists: Dr. Warren Green, and Dr. Lindsey McElligott.
Our team also includes affiliated specialists who bring additional expertise as patients may need for root canal or gum therapy, reconstructive dentistry, TMJ dysfunction, or more complex procedures such as wisdom tooth removal and surgical placement of dental implants. Working directly with our specialist Dr Christopher Mirucki we provide a coordinated, team approach to care.
As patients know, our hygienists and administrative team also play an important role in our successful practice. Their efforts have helped to create a warm environment built on a commitment to excellence in care.

Our Financial Policy
We work very hard to control the cost of dental care. Its part of our philosophy that quality care should be available to everyone. Your dental needs provide you with a lot of the treatment options, and together will come up with the plan that considers financial concerns. Together we will sit down in private and plan treatment cost and options.
Insurance provides some benefit. We’ll file your claim for you and answer any questions you may have. Each policy is different, but in general, insurance usually covers about 70% of simple restorative care and 50% of major work, up to your annual benefit. Pre-authorization for major work will tell you the amount of your obligation ahead of time. No one likes financial surprises. We will do our best to communicate your insurance rules to you. However, you are ultimately responsible for your insurance knowledge. For our patients without insurance, and for patients who have a co-payment, we ask that you pay for services on the day they are completed (we do accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).If you have questions, please feel free to contact our experienced administration team!
